Alicia Washburn, co-owner of Dance It Out, has a deep passion for education and outreach, particularly within SPMN. With a lifelong love of dance and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and dance from Radford University, she has spent over 14 years nurturing both dance skills and good citizenship in her community. A recent graduate of the 2022 Southern Piedmont VMN class, Alicia’s service project focused on creating a pollinator garden, hiking path, and the youth program “Wild About Nature.” In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and paddle boarding.
